The School is owned and run by Ministry of Railways, Government of India. This School comes under Mumbai Division of Central Railway. The Board of Governors of the School includes D.R.M, ADRM, Sr. D.P.O. Mumbai (Coordinating Officer), Sr. DEN (NE/BB), the Chairman of School Management Committee, Sr. D.F.M,Sr. DMO, Teachers' Representatives, Parents' Representatives, Educationist Members, Principal (Secretary of SMC) and members from NRMU & CRMS and AENs from Works and Electrical Departments and Sr. Welfare Inspector as its members of School Management Committee. P.T.A is also an integral part of the School Management.

At Head Quarter Level the Apex Body of Management is vested in the hands of General Manager, Chief Personnel Officer & Chief Personnel Officer (I.R)
