SCHOOL MANAGMENT COMMITTEE
The School Managment Committee(SMC) is constituted as per the guidelines issued by CBSE by making modification to the erstwhile Local Advisory Committee in consultation with the competent authority. SMC was revamped under the able guidance of Shri Rajiv Tyagi in year 2002. It consists of representatives of parents, teachers, management and experts from different fields and education. Recognised unions of railway also have members in the committee. Major capital outlays from VVN are done by SMC and executed through SFC. Sr. DEN (Central) Shri Gautam Musale is the current Chairman of SMC and Principal is the Ex-officio member secretary.

SCHOOL FINANCE COMMITTEE
The School Finance Committee(SFC) is constituted as per the guidelines issued by DRM. SFC is headed by the Principal and representation from Primary, Secondary, Sr. Secondary Teachers and student representatives. School Bank Accounts are operated by the joint signatures of Principal and two Teachers. SFC meets every month and monthly accounts are verified and confirmed. Routine revenue expenses from VVN are done through SFC. Accounts passed in the SFC are further submitted for SMC's approval and audited internally prior to statutory external audit. The fee structure of the school is recommended through PTA, approved by SMC and finally approved by DRM. Audited annual accounts are presented in the Annual General Meeting of parents and printed in School Magazine every year. The present SFC comprises Jacob Thomas(President), Smt.
