INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES SEEKING ADMISSION TO FIRST STANDARD (FOR IN-HOUSE CANDIDATES & WARDS OF RAILWAYMEN ONLY)

Before filling Application for admission to Standard 1 please keep image copies of the following documents ready and attention should be paid on the points mentioned below:

1. Candidate's photo in jpg/jpeg format**

2. Parent's signature in jpg/jpeg format

3. Birth Certificate of candidate in jpg/jpeg format

4. Railway Identity Card ( For Railway Officers/employees) in jpg/jpeg format. For Non-Railway this is not mandatory.

5. Blood Group of Child should be mentioned while filling the form ( Original Report may be submiited on school opening.

6. Fees Paid online receipt ( This may be taken from the screen shot of your lap top or mobile) after payment of fees. After paying fees, the receipt

will be displayed on your screen, a photo of this may be taken on your mobile, which can be uploaded further.

7. Fees Rs. 9500/- Rupees Nine Thousand Five Hundred only should be paid online through internet banking or Debit/Credit Cards

8. By clicking on the check box given below and clicking submit button, you can access Admission form. However your registered Mobile number given is kept as your password to access this form

9. In case you have changed the mobile number given to school, first inform us, the new number will be enabled from our side

10. On successful submission of your online form an auto generated email will be sent to your email id.

11. Successfull submission of your form with UTR No./Transaction ID No. of Fees paid may be communicated to Ms. Jacquiline Loreno through Whatsapp

12. The hard copy of the Admission Forms taken from school can be submitted to School Office on re-opening

On confirmation of your fees received by bank, original fees paid receipt will be made and a copy will be sent to you.

** Photos taken on your mobile is taken in jpg format automatically
